Business Development Manager (m/f/x)

Your role:
As a New Business Development Manager, you are the driving force behind our new business. You identify new opportunities and develop structures for sustainable growth in the areas of online marketing, campaigns and web development. You will be responsible for strengthening our existing business relationships and developing strategies for acquiring new customers and scaling our services. You will also play a key role in building a high-performing sales team to support you in your role.

What you can expect:

  • Development and implementation of strategic initiatives to acquire new customers
  • Proactive care and support of key accounts with a high degree of personal responsibility
  • Development and optimization of processes for sustainable corporate growth
  • Identification of market trends and new business opportunities for digital agencies in the areas of online marketing, campaigns and web development

What do you bring with you?

  • Several years of experience in new business development, growth management or sales, ideally in a digital agency
  • Proven success in acquiring new customers and successfully managing customer relationships
  • Strong communication skills in German and English to support our international customers
  • Strong presentation skills to communicate complex ideas clearly and convincingly to customers and stakeholders
  • High affinity for digital trends, marketing technologies and data-driven decision-making processes
  • Sound expertise in online marketing, lead generation and digital strategy
  • Strong analytical and strategic skills, structured work and independent initiative.

  • Experience with relevant tools such as CRM systems, marketing automation platforms and analysis tools (e.g. HubSpot, Google Analytics, Jira, Confluence, Mailchimp)

Senior Project Manager with focus on TYPO3 editing (m/f/d)

We are looking for an experienced project manager with a flair for content, technology and processes - ideally with editorial experience in TYPO3 or WordPress - for a part-time parental leave replacement (with the option to extend).
In addition, you may also be responsible for supporting an international client with a focus on design.

In this role, you will bring teams together and manage digital projects. You think in terms of stories and tickets as well as timings and budgets - and never lose sight of the users.

Your tasks with us:

  • You hold meetings with customers, record requirements and translate them into clear tasks for our developers and designers.
  • You make sure that SEO and accessibility requirements are taken into account in editorial tasks.
  • You manage internal processes and ensure smooth coordination between editorial, design and technical departments.
  • You plan Jira sprints, maintain the backlog and create tickets together with the development team.
  • You keep an eye on deadlines, timings and coordination - both internally and externally.    

‍This is whatyou should bring with you:

  • Several years of experience in digital project management - ideally in an agency or IT environment, especially in dealing with UX, conception and technology
  • Experience in sprint planning, ticket maintenance and collaboration with developers, ideally in Jira.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills and a high degree of personal responsibility.
  • An interest in topics such as SEO, accessibility and user-oriented content structure is an advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of CMS systems (e.g. TYPO3, WordPress) and a good editorial flair.
  • You enjoy familiarizing yourself with new tools and working methods.
  • You have a perfect command of written and spoken German and a good command of English.
