‍Yourmission: As a Sales & Growth Manager, you will be at the heart of our new business team. You will work closely with marketing colleagues to generate new leads and actively drive growth. You will use state-of-the-art tools and AI-based systems to automate processes and take your sales work to the next level.

Your tasks:

• You identify and qualify new leads and establish initial contact with potential customers
  
• You accompany the entire sales process - from the first contact to the successful conclusion of the contract
• You work with modern tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator (lead research), Pipedrive (CRM) and Lemlist (sales automation) to work efficiently and in a data-driven manner
• Together with our marketing team, you develop strategies that intelligently dovetail communication and sales - and implement them with creative formats such as lead magnets or short videos
• You contribute your own ideas on how we can further accelerate our growth
• You manage incoming inquiries and continuously support new business communication
• You conduct discovery and sales calls with prospective customers - in German and English.
• You support the further development and sharpening of our offering and our services

• Experience or strong interest in sales, growth or business development
• Strong communication skills in German and English - you are not afraid to actively approach people
• Enthusiasm for digital communication, marketing & technology
